Mountain bike lovers who don't have the opportunity to experience the historic Araxá (MG) stage of the WHOOP UCI Mountain Bike World Series, the sport's World Cup, have good news. The four elite events (women's and men's) of the competition, which will be held from April 18 to 21, at Complexo do Barreiro, will be broadcast live and free of charge on the TNT Sports Brasil YouTube Channel: https://www.youtube .com/@TNTSportsBR.

The first race that will be broadcast live will be on Saturday (20), the Short Track (XCC) for the women's and men's elites, with starts at 12pm and 12:35pm, respectively. On Sunday (21), the two main categories of the event will be responsible for closing the Minas Gerais stage of the event, both broadcast again on TNT Sports Brasil's YouTube. While the women start at 1:15 p.m., the men begin the last contest shortly afterwards, at 3:30 p.m.

The event kicks off on Thursday (18), with official training between 11am and 5pm, that is, whoever goes to the first day of WHOOP UCI Mountain Bike World Series activities in the arena set up outside the Grande Hotel Termas de Araxá, you will now be able to watch the best cyclists in the world up close as they train and recognize the track.

On Friday (19), it will be time for the first two competitions of the event, the Short Track (XCC) for the female and male under-23 categories, at 2 pm and 2:35 pm, respectively. While the men's under-23 compete in the XCO on Saturday afternoon, at 3pm, the women's under-23 will have their race on Sunday morning, at 10:30am. Unlike the elites, the two under-23 categories will not be broadcast live.

While students, seniors (people over 60 years old) and PWD (people with disabilities) have a 50% discount when purchasing passports, the organization has prepared a super special discount of 80% for residents of the host city, Araxá (MG ). Children up to 9 years old do not pay entry, guaranteeing a 100% discount, but they must also register in the ticket sales system.

History of CiMTB
